The interface

Status you can read.

A 7-inch touchscreen guides the session, and RGB status lighting shows the charger state at a glance — available, connected, charging or faulted. An emergency stop stays within reach on the front panel.

Power grows, cabinet stays.
Modular power

Power grows, cabinet stays.

Selected configurations scale inside the same cabinet — 60 to 120 kW, or 180 to 240 kW. Add power modules as demand grows instead of replacing the charger.

Heat, damp and altitude.
Built for outdoors

Heat, damp and altitude.

Rated 0–55 °C and up to 95% non-condensing humidity, in an IP54 enclosure with forced-air cooling. Anti-condensation protection for demanding sites.

Connectivity

Runs on your platform.

OCPP 1.6 over Ethernet, 4G or Wi-Fi, so the charger reports into Zev Connect or any compatible management platform — with live telemetry, remote diagnostics and firmware updates over the air.

Protection built through the power path.

Power faults

Current, voltage and surge are watched continuously — the charger backs off or stops before a fault reaches the vehicle.

Heat

Cabinet and cable temperature are sensed during every session, so a hot connector or a hot day derates power rather than risking it.

Earth and isolation

Ground-fault and insulation monitoring plus galvanic isolation keep the high-voltage side separated from anything a person can touch.

Serviced on site, anywhere in India.

We build the hardware, so we can fix it — no third-party vendor in the middle. Remote diagnostics catch most faults before you notice them, and a Zevpoint engineer reaches the rest on site.
