Seen your layout? Get the complete proposal for the difference.

If you booked the site survey in the last 90 days, pay ₹11,800.00 (₹10,000 + GST) and we prepare the Detailed Proposal from the visit already made. No second visit. Together with what you paid, that equals the proposal fee, and the whole amount stays credited against your project.

Is the price inclusive of GST?

The fees are ₹9,999 and ₹19,999 plus 18% GST. The totals shown, ₹11,798.82 and ₹23,598.82, are what you pay, and your GST invoice reads exactly that.

Can I cancel?

A full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the agreed visit. Within 48 hours, the visit fee may be charged.

Where do you cover?

Most of India. Our team confirms coverage for your pincode after booking; if we cannot reach you, the fee is refunded in full.
