Zevpoint Return Policy


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Zevpoint. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below. To initiate the return process, click here

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during sales period, discount codes, Cash on Delivery (COD) or No Cost EMI offers
- Bulk Orders (2+ in a single order)
- DC Chargers
- EV Accessories

3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@zevpoint.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

4. Shipping Returns:
- Zevpoint will bear the return shipping costs when the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend recording the tracking details and agent details of the shipping partner to prevent any transit losses

5. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

6. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for the same or some other product, please contact our Customer Support Team.

7. Misuse of Return Policy:

  • Our return policy is intended solely for genuine product-related concerns. Attempts to misuse the return process, such as requesting complimentary accessories, discounts, or other benefits as a condition for returning/ not-returning a product will not be entertained.
  • Zevpoint reserves the right to refuse returns or further service in cases where coercive, abusive, or manipulative behaviour is identified.

8. Order Cancellation & Handling Charges

  • Orders which handle multiple shipment attempts, payment mode changes (such as COD to prepaid), or re-dispatch requests initiated by the customer, Zevpoint reserves the right to deduct a handling charge to cover logistics, packaging, and operational costs.
  • This charge will be applicable irrespective of the order value and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The standard handling charge for such cases may go up to ₹2,500 + applicable GST per order.
